1. Introduction

Welcome to CopywritingSquad.com. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

CopywritingSquad.com provides professional copywriting services, including but not limited to website content, blog posts, newsletters, marketing materials, and technical writing. All services are provided as per the specifications agreed upon with the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by CopywritingSquad.com is the intellectual property of CopywritingSquad.com until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the content ownership is transferred to the client. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the purposes agreed upon.

4. Payment Terms

All services require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the delivery of the final content. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method agreed upon with the client. Any suggested and mutually agreed change to the default may be agreed upon with the client.

5. Revisions and Edits

We offer up to two rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions will incur extra charges. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the initial content. Any suggested and mutually agreed change to the default may be agreed upon with the client.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund. If the project is canceled by CopywritingSquad.com, a full refund will be issued.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of completing the project and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

CopywritingSquad.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

10. Changes to Terms

CopywritingSquad.com reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
